ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

Illustrator is a vector-based graphic program used for creating clean illustration and vector-based manipulation of design drawings. Vector illustrations are resolution independent, meaning they are scalable without loosing image sharpness, unlike Photoshop which is resolution dependent. Illustrator is often used for graphic posters and presentations as well, and has recently incorporated perspective tools and even website image editing functions.

ILLUSTRATOR PROJECTS

As you can see in the example below of graphic design and illustration for a HOW Magazine cover, it's common practice for an initial "comp" to be rough, but you have to have the skills to refine your work to make it professional, and most effective.
