​PUBLISHING PDF BOOKLET: PC USERS GUIDE

The following steps will guide you through saving a correct PDF for creating the booklet. Be sure to follow this guide carefully or your book will not print correctly. It is not the responsibility of FedEx office or another service bureau to resolve your file for you.

Mac Users will need to follow the additional instructions at the bottom of the page.

​MAC USERS

Mac users, you will need to follow a few extra steps using Acrobat Distiller. Please follow these additional steps.

First, you need to use Acrobat Distiller to "RIP" your .ps (postscript) file.

Almost done! Just a couple more steps.

Once you have "RIPPED" the .ps file and generated a PDF, you now need to crop the PDF document in order for it to print correctly and in the right position on the letter paper.
